Requirement

. Bachelor's Degree in Law

. Proficient in Employment Law

. Experienced in resolving Industrial Relations in Palm Oil Plantation Companies, including Unions, Industrial Relations Court (PHI), Company Regulations (PP), and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB)

. Managing the relationship between Employees and the Company
