- Legal Drafting, Legal Review, Legal Advice and Legal Research
- Experienced in corporate action (merger, acquisition)
- Drafting and Reviewing agreements such as CSPA, SPA, Lease Agreements and Commercial Agreements in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Having basic of handling Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders (RUPS) Resolutions, BOD and BOC Resolutions
- Experienced in Corporate Law such as Amendments to the Articles of Association and Changes to the Management of the Company
- Experienced in Banking Law such as Facility Credit Agreements, Corporate Guarantees, Collateral Agreement
- Filing and maintaining legal documents
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree of Law.
- 1-3 years of experience
