Job description:

• Carry out the entire recruitment process.
• Carry out the recruitment administration process (e.g carry out the recruitment administration process (making work agreements, inputting new employee data into the system, collecting new employee files, making recruitment needs memos)

Qualification:

• Minimum S1 Psychology education.
• Able to speak English.
• Have at least 4 year experience in the same position
• Having experience in an oil palm plantation company and or Head Hunter is permitted.
• Willing to undertake business trips with high intensity.
• Have knowledge and perform psychological test administration.
• Able to work independently, target oriented and proactive.
