. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.
. Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and productivity
. Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.

Requirement:
. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification
.Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing or fertilizer industry.
