Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven 2-3 years of experience as a payroll specialist or similar role, handling a minimum of 1000 employees.
  3. Strong knowledge of payroll processing and relevant regulations (e.g., FLSA, IRS guidelines).
  4. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  10. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
  11. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is advantageous.
  12. Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment.
