Jakarta, September 12, 2024 - KPN (Karunia Prima Nastari), a company committed to employee development, conducted a benchmarking visit to BCA Learning Institute in Sentul, Bogor, on Monday, September 9, 2024. This initiative aimed to learn from BCA's best practices in human resources development and adopt relevant innovations for implementation at KPN.

Budi Setiono, Corporate HC Division Head at KPN, emphasized the importance of this benchmarking exercise for KPN.

"BCA has achieved its current position through years of experience in developing its workforce. And now that we have our own training facility (on the 3rd floor Gama Tower). I hope you can become pioneers in employee development at KPN," said Budi.

Through this visit, KPN's Human Development team had the opportunity to see firsthand the facilities and programs offered by BCA Learning Institute. They also engaged in discussions with BCA's human resources development experts.

The findings from this benchmarking exercise are expected to provide a foundation for KPN to develop more effective and innovative employee development programs. In doing so, KPN can continue to improve the quality of its workforce and enhance its competitiveness. (RyP)
